What is the process of purchasing a puppy?
- INQUIRY: After serious inquiry we will ask a few questions to let us know a little about your family, pet ownership, lifestyle, to determine if one of our pups is a good fit.
- DEPOSIT: Non-refundable deposit of $200 may be made to secure your place on the waiting list (see below for payment types).
- PUPPY SELECTION: When the puppies are old enough (generally 6 weeks) we will work with you to select the perfect puppy based on temperament and specific needs.
- PREPARATION: We will provide you with all the information you will need to welcome your new puppy home (recommended supplies, training, etc).
- GOTCHA DAY: Your puppy will be ready to go home starting at week 8. We will make arrangements for pickup or delivery to ensure a smooth transition. Final payment is due upon pick up. We prefer cash.
- LIFETIME SUPPORT: Our commitment to you doesn’t end when you leave with your puppy. We are always available to answer questions or provide guidance.
What do I need before I bring my puppy home?
- Food and water bowls
- Adjustable collar, harness and leash
- Kennel (it is advised to get one that your dog will grow into-Labs need about 42 in Large Kennel). You can use the wire dividers to increase the size of the kennel as the puppy grows.
- Poop bags
- Stain and odor remover
- Optional, but recommended: dog shampoo + toothbrush and toothpaste + nail trimmers
- Training treats
- Lots of love and patience
What type of payments are accepted?
Deposits may be made via Venmo (additional charges may incur with this payment), PayPal, Zelle, or cash. Final payments are cash.
